All public online quote requests submitted through the Gutter Dogs platform represent preliminary estimates based on customer-provided information.

1. Estimate Verification

Starting prices ($225 Single-Story Cleanout, $550 Cleanout + Wash) serve as baseline estimates. Final job pricing is confirmed by Gutter Dogs following property review of story height, roof pitch, total linear footage, and severe moss/sludge buildup.

2. Quote Expiration

Quotes issued to customers remain valid for 30 calendar days. After 30 days, Gutter Dogs reserves the right to recalculate quotes based on seasonal demand or property condition updates.
